Krafton specifically mentioned an Apple device in its now edited version of 24th July BGMI patch notes.
The mention of an iPad went viral within the Battlegrounds Mobile India community and speculations started to rise about a possible BGMI iOS version close at hand.

Krafton recently released the 24th July patch notes for Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) which all the players must have updated and applied to the version of the game on their mobile devices. The update fixes some serious errors that BGMI players have encountered for quite some time now, like getting stuck on the loading screen when the in-game character has been equipped with the unicorn-set outfits, sound from Tesla vehicles driven by other players being very low, and other similar errors. But the thing that caught everyone's attention was the mention of "iPad devices", due to which lot of speculations were made and the 24th July patch notes went viral within the BGMI community.

Krafton drops mutiple hints about possible upcoming BGMI iOS version

The BGMI community has been buzzing with speculations about an upcoming iOS version of the India exclusive Battle Royale, ever since Krafton released the 24th July patch notes that mentioned "iPad Devices" in one of the points.

Basically, Krafton fixed some common problems that a lot of BGMI players had reported. One such error that the developers had dealt with was the game shutting down players who tried to access the Season (C1S1) menu, with some iPad devices.

Deleted BGMI 24th July Patch Notes Mentioning an iOS Device

This instantly raised a lot of eyebrows as many in the community started speculating that some form of BGMI play testing was taking place on iPad devices, which is why the device was specifically mentioned in the 24th July patch notes.

However, the mention of iPad devices was later removed by Krafton and replaced by "with some devices," as the news about the apple device being mentioned by the developers started going viral.

It should be noted that the mention of "iPad" in the patch notes doesn't necessarily mean that the iOS launch is happening any time soon.
