The first two weeks of Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 The Grind have concluded with upcoming teams dominating the event. Several underdog teams like Cratic Esports, Tense Esports, Megastars Gaming, GlitchxReborn and Dream Team Esports dominated the first two weeks of the tournament. The seasoned squad of iQOO Soul was the most dominant across its three matches and also grabbed the most points across both the weeks.

BGIS The Grind Weeks 1 and 2 Overview
iQOO Soul grabbed the most points from its three matches in The Grind event and placed at the top of the table. It was able to secure 68 points along with 2 chicken dinners. The upcoming squad of Cratic Esports placed second and got 56 points along with 2 chicken dinners. Hyderabad Hydras placed third, it showed aggressive gameplay and scored 55 points, 39 of which came via finishes. Tense Esports and Team Forever placed fourth and fifth, they dominated their respective groups and got 52 points each along with chicken dinners.
Team iNsane placed sixth and got 49 points with 1 chicken dinner. Blind Esports placed seventh and got 49 points along with 1 chicken dinner. The experienced squad of Godlike Esports placed eighth, it showed consistent performances across its matches and got 48 points along with 2 chicken dinners. Megastars Gaming placed ninth, it had a good mix of finish and placement points and scored 45 points with 2 chicken dinners. GlitchxReborn placed tenth and got 43 points with 1 chicken dinner.

The 256 teams that competed through the 16 groups in the first two weeks of BGIS 2024 The Grind will now be reshuffled for the last two weeks of the event. The top 64 teams after Week 4 will then be slotted into Rounds 3 and 4 of the BGIS 2024 main event.
Some of the experienced teams like Gods Reign did not have the best start to the event as it was only able to score 17 points from the three matches it played and is currently placed 105th. The team will now have only 3 matches in the last two weeks of the event to qualify for the main event.
