Hector Provides Insights on Neyo's Bootcamp Preparation and Team SouL's BGMI Roster Plans
Team SouL’s professional Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) player Sohail “Hector” Shaikh recently revealed that his teammate Naman “Neyo” was shifting to the team’s bootcamp. He also explained that the organization had not made the announcement of Neyo’s arrival on the team because the game was unavailable. Hector stated that if the announcement video had been uploaded during the game’s unavailability, it would not have gotten much views, but it has the potential to get a much larger audience after the game’s potential return.
Neyo to shift to Team SouL’s bootcamp
In a recent livestream, one of Hector’s viewers asked him the whereabouts of Neyo. Responding to this, he stated that Neyo might be packing his bags in preparation for the upcoming bootcamp. He went on to explain that Neyo’s father would be accompanying him to the bootcamp. He added that Neyo’s father is very strict about gaming and plans to visit the bootcamp first to assess the living arrangements before granting permission for his son to stay there.
Following this, a viewer asked Hector if Neyo was officially on Team SouL’s BGMI roster, why the organization had made no announcements regarding it. Responding to this, he pointed out that the game itself was currently unavailable, so it would not make sense to make an announcement when there is no game to play. He went on to express that the team was waiting for the game to return before making an official announcement, as they believed that the announcement video had the potential to get a much larger audience. “Do you want the official announcement (video) to get only 100k or 200k views, when it has the potential to get 1 Million or 2 Million views if uploaded after the game’s return?” he added.
Neyo had been playing with Team SouL for a long time. Although it was not officially announced, the players did mention that Neyo would be playing for Team SouL after the game’s potential return. Hector had also previously explained the team's approach to how the five-player roster, including Neyo, would work.
