However, Goblin stated that he wasn’t sure about it.
Previously, Goblin and Team SouL’s in-game leader (IGL), Sahil “Omega” Jakhar, also discussed playing New State Mobile and BGMI simultaneously.

Team SouL’s professional Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) player, Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal, recently speculated about a New State Mobile team featuring his teammates Akshat “AkshaT” Goel and Sohail “Hector” Shaikh,as well as former Nigma Galaxy player Harshit “MJ” Mahajan. However, Goblin expressed that he wasn’t entirely sure about it.

Prior to this, Goblin and Team SouL’s in-game leader (IGL), Sahil “Omega” Jakhar, also discussed playing New State Mobile in a previous livestream.

Team SouL’s BGMI players and MJ might enter New State Mobile esports

In a recent livestream, a viewer asked Goblin the reason behind the absence of Hector and Goblin from BGMI and livestreaming. Responding to this, Goblin stated, “I guess AkshaT, Hector, and MJ are creating a New State Mobile team. I am not sure about it,” he said

Notably, Hector recently switched from BGMI to New State Mobile. He played the Snapdragon Pro Series New State Mobile India Open with TeamXSpark as the IGL. The team reached the grand finals of the tournament but could only manage a 16th place finish. On the other hand, AkshaT and MJ have not been seen playing in New State Mobile tournaments yet.

Previously, Goblin and Omega also discussed switching to New State Mobile due to BGMI’s unavailability in a livestream. They said they could play both games, BGMI and New State Mobile, simultaneously. Omega added that he heard many New State Mobile LAN tournaments are in the pipeline, which will be announced soon. Goblin said that instead of just sitting in the bootcamp, they could play New State Mobile and have fun in the LAN tournaments. Lastly, Omega stated that he would have to discuss this with the team to make the final decision.

With the unavailability of the top two battle royale titles - Free Fire and BGMI, the gaming industry has been witnessing a significant shift towards New State Mobile as the leading battle royale title in the country. Krafton, the publisher of New State Mobile, is investing a hefty amount of money in fostering the esports scene of the game. This has led to an increase in the number of tournaments and events being organized for New State Mobile, making it an attractive alternative for professional gamers. Moreover, Indian esports organizations are also jumping on the bandwagon, signing new rosters and shuffling their existing rosters to build a winning team.

With Krafton’s efforts and the involvement of Indian esports organizations, it is likely that New State Mobile will continue to grow and establish itself as one of the top battle royale titles in the country.
