The remaining members of Global Esports' lineup are still undisclosed, and Mavi is currently trying out with different players.

The highly anticipated BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) roster announcement of Global Esports (GE) generated significant buzz among fans. Given that many prominent BGMI athletes were already signed with other organizations, speculations about possible additions was limited. GE's founder, Rushindra Sinha, emphasized their commitment to building a team from scratch while aiming for a "top-tier" lineup that would impress the community. One influential name that repeatedly emerged in roster discussions was Harmandeep "Mavi" Singh. Now, GE has confirmed these rumors with a video post on their official handle.

Breaking announcement norms, the video features cinematic shots on the backdrop of Punjab as the player appears on screen to share the news. The video has sparked tremendous anticipation within the community, as fans eagerly await the further accomplishments of the highly acclaimed IGL (in-game leader) under the prestigious banner of Global Esports.

Details for the rest of the lineup have still not been made available, and it is likely that Global Esports might feature talent from the grassroot level. Mavi had disclosed that he is currently undergoing tryouts with multiple players. He was playing with "Atlas," "Adi," and "Jadu”, but suspects that there might be changes to his final lineup.

Notably, this is not the organization's first foray into forming a BGMI lineup. Earlier in March 2023, GE bid farewell to its BGMI and New State rosters, severing ties with mobile First Person Shooter esports. Founder Rushindra expressed fondness for the previous team during a subsequent livestream, clarifying that the decision to part ways was driven by divergent future plans and visions, unrelated to the game's ban. Noteworthy, the players received their salaries throughout the nine-month ban, exemplifying Global Esports' unwavering commitment to supporting them.

The former lineup that was signed on 31st March 2022, had triumphed in the TEC-organized Battlegrounds Mobile Invitational Season 3 and claimed the top position in the Thug Invitational Season 5. They also secured the fourth spot in the high-stakes Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series - Season 1, with a prize pool of $257K USD.

As for Mavi, the prominent figure in PUBG Mobile Esports, initially gained recognition with Indian Tigers in PMCO Spring Split India in June 2019 before joining Orange Rock (OR) Esports. During his two-year tenure with OR, Mavi led the team to multiple domestic titles and secured an impressive second-place finish in PMWL 2020: East. Also dubbed as “the man with the golden hand” by this time, the highly acclaimed leader later joined SouL but struggled to find success, and ultimately formed TeamXSpark with Scout. However, their performance remained underwhelming, with limited achievements before BGMI was blocked in the country.
