Free Fire X Spider-Verse: All the Skins, Items, and Modes Coming to the Game

Garena, the Singapore based publisher has announced their collaboration with Sony’s Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse which will see popular characters from the franchise such as Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy getting added to the game as themed skins, items and emotes.

“Beginning on June 2, players will have the opportunity to enjoy exclusive in-game collectibles, participate in a Spider-Verse character card collection event, and explore a time-limited map inspired by the characters from the film.” revealed the officials in a press release. They also mentioned that fans of Free Fire will be able to discover Free Fire easter eggs within the movie as it hits the theaters on 2nd June.

Spider-Verse Characters that will appear in-game

Garena has mentioned that - Spider-Man Miles Morales, Spider-Gwen Stacy, and Spider-Man 2099, will be seen fighting in the game alongside popular Free Fire characters Kelly, Shirou, and Maxim.

Events, Modes and Rewards coming with the Spider-Verse collaboration 

Beginning on 31st May, themed content such as redesigned airplanes and billboards, will start to appear in the game. As for rewards, Garena has mentioned “Players will have the opportunity to obtain exclusive Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse-themed items as rewards, such as a Spider-Sense Emote and a login reward backpack. These items will be made available during the peak of the campaign on June 9-10, 2023”.

Between June 2 and 18, 2023, there will also be a themed card collection event titled “Enter the Spider-Verse”. Here, players will have the opportunity to win a Spider-Verse backpack, pet skin, and emote.

Furthermore, a time-limited “Spider-Verse” Parkour mode will be introduced on June 9, , allowing players to wear spider suits and employ web shooters to engage in combat within a modern city inspired by the film’s setting. There will be more content such as Spider-Verse themed assets and remixed videos that Free Fire has prepared to release. However, the publisher is yet to release the details of the same.
