Falcon Esports teased fans with a new member for its Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) roster. While the identity and role of the new member are yet to be revealed by Falcon Esports, fans speculated that it may be the former coach of ECHO, Steven “Dale” Vitug (also known as Daledalus). The former coach was previously released from the squad back in October 2021 after the team’s lackluster performance in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) Season 8.
Subtle hints lead fans to believe that Falcon Esports may acquire coach Dale
A recent post from Falcon Esports teased fans that a new member may be joining the squad soon.
Popular Filipino Analyst and Caster Dan "Leo" Cubangay emphasized in the comments that the tattoo looks familiar.
While the face of the new member was not shown, a tattoo on the left wrist highly resembles that of the former ECHO coach Dale. This led fans to believe that the coach may be traveling abroad to join the Burmese team.
Dale has a lot of experience as an MLBB coach. He started as a player under Finesse Solid and SGD Omega. From a pro player, Dale went on to become Omega Esports’ coach before joining ECHO. While he has a proven track record as a coach, Dale was not able to secure a championship title in any of the teams he coached.
If the new member is indeed Dale, it shall be interesting to see how this acquisition improves Falcon Esports’ performance in future tournaments.
