Through a Twitter post, Fennel announced its roster for the upcoming KAW 2023 Season 1.

“Our new challenge will begin in the Philippines for  "Honor of Kings Asian Wave",” captioned the post.

The team roster is comprised of former veterans from various mobile MOBA titles;

  • Eleazar "Azar" Salle

  • Maynard "Arise" Limon

  • Dragon

  • Miguel "Miggie" Banaag

  • Ivalice

  • Pego

Azar is a former Team Secret Wild Rift roster member and was one of the first to step into the game’s international esports scene, the Horizon Cup 2021. Arise, Dragon, and Pego also had experience competing in the same esports scene before joining Fennel’s HoK roster.

Miggie played as an Arena of Valor veteran from 2018 to 2020 before transitioning to the Wild Rift Esports scene under Bren Esports in 2022. However, his career was short-lived as he eventually left the team after staying for four months.

Ivalice is one of the fresh faces in the mobile MOBA esports scene and is looking to showcase his skills in the big leagues soon.

Fennel Esports fields multiple teams in various esports titles like Apex Legends, Clash Royale, Valorant, etc. It will be interesting to see how its HoK squad performs in upcoming tournaments.
