Coach Zeys Seen Celebrating With RRQ After Match Against EVOS Legends

EVOS Legend’s former coach Bjorn "Zeys" Ong was seen celebrating with RRQ as the squad scored a 1-2 victory over the White Tigers in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Indonesia (MPL ID) Season 11 Week 6. This led fans to believe that the iconic coach may be joining the renowned King of Kings. However, neither RRQ nor coach Zeys has confirmed this rumor. Through a post-match press conference, some of EVOS Legends’ pro players jokingly shared how their former coach shared a secret about how he wanted to join the renowned King of Kings.

In the MPL ID Season 11 Regular Season, RRQ is sitting in second place on the Week 6 leaderboard with nine wins and five losses.

Is coach Zeys joining RRQ?

One of the most interesting moments in the sixth week of the MPL PH Season 11 was when fans and casters witnessed coach Zeys celebrating with RRQ as it secured a reverse sweep against EVOS Legends.

According to a report from Daily Spin Indonesia, EVOS Legends’ Darrel "Tazz DD" Wijaya and Dalvin "Hijumee" Putra revealed that Zeys shared his secret with the team.

“Actually, he wanted to reveal our secret, I'm also looking for Bjorn (Zeys) anyway," stated TazzDD.

"Zeys wants to join RRQ," Hijumee added.

The RRQ squad is currently being led by coach Regi "Bangduk" Kurniawan. The squad recently announced that two of its talents from the coaching staff Petra "Fiel" Giovanni and Michael "Arcadia" Bocado shall be taking a brief hiatus due to family problems.

Considering Bangduk is the only coach on the squad, supported by the team’s analyst Fadhil "Rave" Abdurahman, the addition of Coach Zeys may provide a significant boost to the team’s performance in upcoming tournaments. However, the acquisition of the former EVOS Legends coach is yet to be officially confirmed. Fans will have to keep their eyes peeled for more updates in the future.
