Bren Esports' Lusty believes that Hadji makes Blacklist International more flexible than before.
The M2 World Champions, Bren Esports is yet to secure a single win in the MPL PH Season 8.
Despite this, Bren Esports remains confident that they are still in the game and will continue to compete and find its momentum.

Bren Esports’ roaming specialist, Allan “Lusty” Castromayor Jr. admits that Blacklist International is still at its best form and the addition of Salic “Hadji” A Imam made the team more flexible. In a pre-match press conference on 9th Sept 2021, Lusty believes that the defending Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) champions are still in their top shape. The team remains consistent, similar to their performance back in the Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) 2021. Lusty added that with the addition of its new member, Hadji, Blacklist International was able to fix its previous flaws, making the team more flexible and can adjust to almost any situation.

Lusty admits that Hadji provided the flexibility that Blacklist International needed

The M2 World Champions Bren Esports is yet to secure a single win in the MPL PH Season 8. However, the team is looking to redeem itself and is considering deploying the two new rookies Muj “Malik” Malik and Dwine “Rimuru” Enriquez on the third week of the league season.

In a pre-match press conference, Bren Esports’ pro player, Lusty stated that he believes Blacklist International has kept its momentum going since its run in the MSC 2021. The team even improved its lineup with the addition of Hadji, one of the most flexible Mobile Legends pro players in the Philippines.

I think they are still in their championship(MSC 2021) form because we can see no changes in their gameplay, still consistent,” stated Lusty. “Especially when Hadji entered the roster with a flexible role.

Blacklist International cruised through the MPL PH Season 7, claiming the championship title. Heading to the MSC 2021, its momentum was abruptly stopped by Execration in the grand finals, forcing the defending champions to settle for first runner-up while Execration took the trophy and title “King of the SEA.”

It was later revealed that despite Blacklist International being relentless, the team lacks flexibility. The weakness was noticeable when Wise’s comfort picks such as Granger or Yi Sun-Shin were banned, making him perform less. This was ultimately abused by Execration, giving them the advantage and thus, winning the MSC 2021 title.

Blacklist International has acquired the former Omega Esports pro player, Hadji. The team is currently in the top ranks alongside ONIC PH with zero losses. Meanwhile, Bren Esports is yet to find its momentum with no wins in its current standing.

Despite this, Bren Esports remains confident that they are still in the game. Lusty and Carlito “Rbo” Ribo Jr. assure that they have made changes and that they will do their best to get their first win and hit that momentum they needed to keep going in the MPL PH season.

You can expect that we can start winning tomorrow because a lot has changed in our team,” stated Lusty.

Bren Esports has a lot of chances to redeem itself in the MPL PH Season 8 Week 3. The team is scheduled to go against Omega Esports, on 10th September against the defending champions Blacklist International, on 11th September, and RSG PH on 12th Sept 2021. It will be interesting to see if Bren Esports will be able to find its momentum in the third week and potentially end its losing streak.
