Blacklist International Founders Tryke and Alodia Praises Team for Its Undefeated Run in the MPL PH Season 8

Defending champions, Blacklist International, received praise from its founders for its impressive run in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) Season 8. The team is currently in the top spot with eight wins and zero losses in its standing. Tryke Guttierez and Alodia Goisengfiao, the founders of Tier One Entertainment, the esports organization behind the Mobile Legends team, made a surprise appearance during a post-match interview on 19th Sept 2021. Tryke congratulated the team for its perfect run so far while Alodia jokingly stated that she expected this to happen. Tryke also expressed that he wishes for another championship trophy from Blacklist International for Christmas.

Blacklist International continues to dominate the MPL PH Season 8

The unstoppable MPL PH Season 8 defending champions, Blacklist International continues its rampage with no losses in its current standing. This sparked a whole new challenge for other teams on who will be the first to take down the defending champions.

During the team’s post-match interview, after finishing a 2-0 clean sweep victory against ECHO, the two founders Tryke and Alodia came to visit the team and intervened in the interview session. According to Tryke, they weren’t able to watch the match between Blacklist International and ECHO. The two founders stopped by after their shoot for their gaming reality show The Gaming House. They made a quick stop to congratulate the team for its successful run in the MPL PH Season 8 so far.

When asked by Tryke what her comments were regarding the team’s match, Alodia jokingly said “predicted.” The two founders continued to express their amazement on Blacklist International’s eighth consecutive win in the MPL PH Season 8.

“You guys are so good, like imagine, undefeated again,” stated Tryke

Tyke added that he is proud of the team and no matter what the results are, it doesn’t change the fact that their gameplay is amazing overall.

“I know there will be a lot of pressure to come, but we are proud of you guys, win or lose. Because all your moves on the internet, all your moves in the game are so impressive,” stated Tryke.

He continued by thanking all the fans for their continued support for Blacklist International and may the fans keep supporting the team in its upcoming matches. He ended his statement with a funny banter, stating what gift he wants for Christmas.

“What I wish for this Christmas is another trophy,” stated Tryke.

Blacklist International’s team captain OhMyv33NUS wants his team to experience a loss in the regular season

Despite the fans celebrating the team’s undefeated run in the regular season of the MPL PH league, the team captain Jhonmar "OhMyV33nus" Villaluna expressed that he wanted his team to experience a loss in the regular season.

Throughout a post-match interview, following the team’s successful match against RSG PH on 17th Sept 2021, the team captain stated that losing once in a while will help the team in a lot of ways.

“For me, personally, I want to lose because I feel it will make it easier for us,” stated OhMyV33nus. “If we lose, we will learn a lot on what we can adjust as a team.”

The team captain firmly believes that losing as early as the regular season will help the team learn what needs to be improved and prepare for the upcoming playoffs stage of the MPL PH Season 8.

Blacklist International is set to continue defending its championship title on 25th Sept 2021, against TNC Pro Team at 4:00 PM (PHT). It will be interesting how long can Blacklist International keep its undefeated run in the MPL PH Season 8.
