Blacklist International is widely known for its esports team in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang that acquired its championship title back in Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) Season 7. With the joint forces of the two organizations, its newly formed team, Blacklist International Ultimate, will represent the Philippines in the COD Mobile Garena Qualifier. Blacklist International will be the second MPL PH team to expand its reach in the COD Mobile esports scene alongside Omega Esports.

Blacklist International partners with Ultimate EPro to form new COD mobile team

Following Omega Esports’ entry into the COD Mobile esports scene through the acquisition of the COD Mobile roster of NRX Jeremiah 29:11, Blacklist International hops in with its own COD Mobile team. The new team was made in partnership with Ultimate EPro, the crowned champions of the Call of Duty Mobile - Philippines Championship 2021.

The Ultimate EPro roster remains the same but will be playing in future COD Mobile esports events as the Blacklist International Ultimate. The announcement was made through the official social media handles of Blacklist International, revealing its COD Mobile team roster.

Ultimate E-Pro won the COD Mobile Philippines Championship 2021

The team is composed of the following members;

  • John Benedict “Jaben” Julio

  • Railey “Yobabs” Abrenica

  • Gian “Yato” Socao

  • Martin “Tin” Yap

  • Neil “Flex” Perez

  • Aj “Eiji” Agbing

Being a professional esports brand CEO at 18 was never easy. It all started when I was 17 and started sponsoring small teams. I never really expected that I’d even be in this position but with hard work and patience, all of it had a positive result. These achievements won’t be here with me if it wasn’t because of the three people who helped me throughout my journey as a leader: Sofia my best support system, Denz my OG business partner, and Jav my solid hypeman,” stated Ultimate EPro CEO and founder, Matt Gloria as quoted by Esports Inquirer.

Ultimate EPro recently showcased its dominance in the COD Mobile esports scene in the Philippines by taking down Omega Esports, which acquired NRX Jeremiah 29:11's roster, in the grand finals of Call of Duty Mobile - Philippines Championship 2021 with a score of 3-1.

The team will be participating in the COD Mobile Garena Qualifier under a new banner, Blacklist International Ultimate, and will climb its way up the ranks, leading to the COD Mobile World Championships 2021. However, Activision is yet to announce the date of the COD Mobile Garena Qualifier.

It will be interesting to see how well Blacklist International Ultimate performs against the best teams in SEA in the COD Mobile Garena Qualifier.
