Bigetron Alpha has made significant moves in bolstering its roster for the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Indonesia (MPL ID) Season 13 by signing two formidable players from the Philippines (PH) - Eman "EMANN" Sangco and Jhon "JM" Sebastian (also known as Lord JM).
With their addition, Bigetron Alpha aims to maintain its position as one of the powerhouse names in the MLBB esports scene in Indonesia. Despite narrowly missing out on securing a slot in the prestigious M5 World Championship during Season 12, the team showcased its resilience and skill, pushing through a grueling five-round series against Geek Fam to secure a commendable third-place finish.
Emann and Lord JM join Bigetron Alpha for MPL ID Season 13
Through an Instagram post on 2nd February 2023, Bigetron Esports announced two Filipino imports joining its MLBB roster.
The first one is the acquisition of the former Minana EVOS rookie, Lord JM. The promising pro player made his debut in the pro scene back in the MPL PH Season 12 under the White Tigers. However, he has been competing in the amateur scene as far as 2022 under popular amateur teams such as Nexplay 2.0, Archives Esports, and the NXPE Tiger Cubs.
The next big reveal was the addition of the former RSG PH Gold Laner, EMANN. He was a key player for the renowned King Slayers to win the Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) 2022 title where he also earned the Finals MVP title.
He also contributed to RSG PH’s successful run during the MPL Invitational 2023 where the team dominated the M4 World Champion, ECHO. However, after finishing 4th place in the MPL PH Season 12, the team decided to part ways with EMANN.
With such formidable additions to the squad, it will be interesting to see how Bigetron Alpha will perform in the upcoming MPL ID Season 13.
