A teaser of the return of BGMI Masters Series leaked online and an official announcement is pending from Krafton.
The publisher dropped a 20-second teaser and we will get more information about the event in the coming days.
The event stands a chance to break viewership records set by BGMS 2022.

A teaser for BGMI Masters Series (2023) just got leaked and it has stirred excitement within the BGMI community. Krafton is yet to officially announce the event but we can expect more information soon. BGMI Masters Series 2022 broke TV viewership records in India last year with 1.2 million impressions during its opening day. For comparison, even the UEFA Champions League 2022 finals could not match the viewership records set by the esports event. Masters 2022 secured over 53.9 million views from 24th to 2nd July 2022 and only time will tell if the game still has the same level of hype it did prior to its recent absence from the Indian market.

BGMS Season 2 could be the biggest Indian esports event this year

Soon after the conclusion of BGMS 2022, the game was banned (July 2022). After months of anticipation, the game finally returned earlier this year and we will get to experience the action-packed competition at BGMS once more.

At BGMS 2022, fans witnessed one of the biggest comebacks in Indian esports history with Global Esports making a comeback from fifth place on the table to finishing the event as winners. The team managed to pull off a comeback with just four matches left and it was a spectacle to behold.

BGMI has made an explosive return and we have already seen some high-profile events like the BGMI: Rising launch party event, which featured 64 of the best teams in India that went head-to-head against each other. All eyes will be on BGMS 2023 as it has the potential to break viewership records once more and become one of the most-viewed Indian esports events in history.

With Numen Esports signing a new roster and Philips India investing in OneBlade, there is a lot happening in the BGMI esports scene and we might see a new team make it to the top over some of the existing stalwarts.
