Krafton has introduced a downloads milestone reward event for Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). BGMI has seen rapid growth since its release in July 2021, with players flocking to the game after PUBG Mobile’s absence in the country. The new downloads milestone rewards are divided into three different milestones. The first is at 48 Million downloads while the second and third milestones are at 49 and 50 Million downloads respectively, featuring a permanent skin set at the final milestone. The event will last for a month and is viable for all Indian players across both Android and iOS.

These are the rewards for the three download milestones:
48 Million downloads - Supply Coupon Crate Scrap X3
49 Million downloads - Classic Coupon Crate Scrap X3
50 Million downloads - Permanent Galaxy Messenger Set X1
While the first two milestones seem to have decent rewards, the permanent skin on the final milestone is definitely exciting. With BGMI on track to hit 50 Million downloads, we will no doubt see more increase as the esports scene gets ready to kick off and more players start playing. It will be interesting to see if we get similar rewards in upcoming milestones such as 75 Million or 100 Million downloads.
