BGMI 2.9 Update Release Date, Time and New Features

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is one of the most popular battle royale games in India. The game has released several major updates since its unban in May. Each update was based on a particular theme and the new 2.9 update is based on the winter theme. 

The 2.9 update in BGMI will see several new modes being introduced. At the end of each year, BGMI introduces a winter themed update which also has several sub events, weapon skins, character costumes and more. BGMI 2.9 Release Date

According to leaks by a Youtuber named ClassifiedYT, the 2.9 update in BGMI will bring back the winter theme mode. The Youtuber also said that the 2.9 update in BGMI can be expected to release on 28th November. The update will go live between 5:00 am to 7:00 am. It will introduce several new features such as the Garage Mechanic, Weapon optimization, vehicle improvements and new vehicles. The new update is based on the winter theme which will be called Frozen Kingdom mode.

• Snow Village (Located at Stalber in Erangel, Iceberg in Livik and Goroka in Vikendi).

• Snow Rail (can be used to move from one place to another).

• Snowball Blaster (when shot in the ground it helps to make cover and when shot to an enemy, it will make them a snowman for a few seconds).

• Snow Toddlers. 

• Garage Mechanic (to park Vehicles).

Players should wait for the official announcement about the update's release date and time. The update like every time will first be launched for Android devices and after a few hours will be available to download on iOS devices.
