RRQ Athena has bid farewell to their Thai PUBG Mobile roster featuring Beer11, Earnny, D2E, and Senior. This was confirmed by RRQ Athena’s post on their social media handles. Rumors of RRQ Athena’s disband has been floating around the Thai gaming community for quite some time after their underperformance in the PMGC finals. The team had a fantastic run in the PMGC 2020 League stage, where they came in third. However, the team was overwhelmed by several others in the PMGC finals, where they finished in 11th place and couldn’t secure any Chicken Dinners.

RRQ Athena Lets Go of PUBG Mobile Roster
The announcement was made through an Instagram post from the official RRQ Thailand page. The post confirmed that four of the PUBG Mobile team’s members, Beer11, Earnny, D2E, and Senior, will be leaving the team. The organization also thanked players for their hard work and dedication to the team.
The post stated that they wished the four esports pro the best of luck on their journey and that “You Will Always be Our Legends.”
RRQ Athena is regarded as one of the best PUBG Mobile esports teams in Asia, with milestones like winning the PUBG Mobile Star Challenge 2018 and PMCO - Fall Split: SEA Championship, amongst many other noteworthy performances.
It will be interesting to see if the players continue to stick together and join a new organization or part ways with each other.
