Stalwart Esports Lets Go Of PUBG Mobile Squad
- Stalwart Esports has parted ways with its PUBG Mobile roster.
- The team had a podium finish in the PMCO Fall Split 2020 India and thus qualified for the PMPL SA Season 2.
- PUBG Mobile’s ban and subsequent delays in its return have slowly lead to organizations let go of their squads, with Stalwart Esports as the newest to this club joining the ranks of MegaStars.
Stalwart Esports announced in a post on Instagram that they are saying goodbye to their ‘dominating’ PUBG Mobile team. Last month the organisation decided to ‘pause their esport operations’ and now due to some ‘unforeseen circumstances’ they had to let go of this lineup. The team consisted of:
- Robin ”STErobin” Singh
- Farhaz ”STEdamon” Alam
- Hamza ”STEblazeOP” Khozema
- Shawon ”STEcreed” Roy
- Sani ”STEstoney” Khan
- Sarang “STEsarang” Deka
The OG lineup had a podium finish in the PUBG Mobile Club Open: Fall Split 2020 India and thus qualified for the PUBG Mobile Pro League: South Asia Fall Split Season 2. Stalwart Esports still managed to participate in PMPL SA despite the PUBG Mobile ban in India as they acquired Pakistani squad FreeStyle. The FreeStyle lineup finished 13th in the finals.

Stalwart Esports Latest Ventures
Since the PUBG Mobile ban in the country, Stalwart is focusing on other games like Free Fire. In October, Stalwart declared their official roster for the Free Fire Indian Championship 2020, marking their entry into Free Fire Esports. Here the squad finished in third place, beat out by Total Gaming.
India was represented by Total Gaming in the Fire Continental Series where they went on to place 8th. Stalwart Esports also welcomed Sourik Banerjee as the Team Manager.

About Stalwart Esports
Established in January 2020, Stalwart esports trains young esports athletes from India. According to their website, they currently have a Call of Duty: Mobile team and have now the new Free Fire roster. “Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships,” says Dhwanil Patel, COO of Stalwart Esports. “The level of coordination these guys show is tremendous and I’m sure they’ll put up an exciting fight.”
