The Free Fire India Championship concluded yesterday and Total Gaming Esports have come out on top with a total of 173 points, and 90 kills. The squad consisting of FozyAjay, VasiyoCRJ, Golden and MAFIABALA will also get the unique opportunity to represent India and compete against the world’s best Free Fire teams at the upcoming Free Fire Champions Cup in Jakarta, Indonesia along with a sizable chunk of the prize pool of INR 50 lakh. The team walked away with INR 22,50,000 as champions of FFIC. The entire tournament was telecasted on YouTube alongside with both Hindi and English commentary in the official Free Fire India eSports channel. In what can be said as an unprecedented reception, the livestream even managed to cross 300k concurrent live viewers.

FFIC 2020 Grand Finals

The Free Fire India Championship 2020 ended yesterday after 6 matches of tough competition.  Total Gaming Esports racked up a whopping 173 points and 90 kills. Team CRX Elite finished second with 149 points and 74 kills and Stalwart Esports claimed the third spot with 122 points and 52 eliminations. Total Gaming won a Booyah in the 2nd match while CRX Elite won Match 1 and 4. Stalwart Esports also had a notable performance in Match 3 where they came in third and Match 6 where they picked up a Booyah. After Match 4 and 5, CRX and Total Gaming were going neck and neck for the top spot, however, in the final match, CRX Elite’s third-place finish meant they could not get enough points to beat Total Gaming for the number 1 spot.

CRX Pahadi and MR Jay YT from Stalwart played exceptionally well to help their teams land into these spots. Though, in front of the battle experience and consistency that Total Gaming eSports possess, none managed to get ahead.
