Highlights
The pink-haired girl in Honkai Star Rail is March 7th, one of the starter characters of the game.
Many are speculating her to be a reincarnation of either Kiana Kaslana or Elysia from Honkai Impact 3rd.
We can expect Hoyoverse to give us story content to reveal more about March 7th's past in future patches.

Honkai Star Rail greets you with a host of free playable characters when you first launch the game and one of them is the pink-haired girl, March 7th. In the story “March 7th” is just a name she goes by and her real name is unknown. Players are speculating that she might be a reincarnation of Elysia or Kiana Kaslana from Honkai Impact 3rd.

Everything you need to know about the pink-haired girl in Honkai Star Rail

The pink-haired girl aka March 7th is an Ice support unit who is reminiscent of Diona from Genshin Impact. She is capable of giving teammates shields and her Ultimate applies the Ice element on enemies and freezes them. She is free to obtain from the story and is one of the supporting characters in the story.

We do not know much about her at the moment. With Dan Heng getting story quests that reveal more about his past, we can expect to get a glimpse at March 7th’s past as well. She is set to appear as a rate-up 4-star character in patch 1.1, so Hoyoverse may add some story quests for the character.

March 7th is an excellent character to build if you don’t have a premium shielder like Gepard. Like the Fire Trailblazer, she can shield allies using her Skill and her Ultimate can be a great tool to crowd control enemies.

Players are using her in Memory of Chaos in free-to-play runs and she has proven to be a viable 4-star unit even for endgame content. Unlike a lot of other 4-stars, March 7th is adequately powerful even at Eidolon 0 but if you do manage to get her 4th Eidolon, she receives a massive power spike.

That is all you need to know about the pink-haired girl in Honkai Star Rail. For more content from Hoyoverse’s newest title consider checking out the official Honkai Star Rail 1.1 banners. We also have a guide on how to get Honkai Star Rail Twitch drops to help you get some extra Stellar Jades.
