Every season of Call of Duty (COD): Mobile comes with a brand new battle pass. All players have immediate access to battle pass and can earn free rewards as they level it up. Rewards include free Weapon XP Cards, Credits, Character Skins, Weapon Skins, and more. While players may want to gift the battle pass in COD Mobile to their friends, there is currently no way to directly gift any other player the pass. There is currently also no way to gift COD Points (CP) to other players. However, players may still be able to indirectly gift players the pass or CP through Google Play gift cards. Here is how it’s done.
How to gift battle pass in COD Mobile through Google Play gift cards
Here is how players can indirectly gift others the COD Mobile Battle Pass or CP points:
Gift a friend the Google Play gift card (either online or offline).
(Click here to find out which of the options and denominations are currently available for your country.)
Your friend can then redeem the gift card code to add the corresponding amount to their Google Play Balance.
Your friend can then open their COD Mobile app and go to the in-game store.
They can then select their Google Play balance as the payment method to purchase COD points (CP) for the battle pass.
Although there is currently no way of directly gifting the battle pass, COD Mobile players have been asking Activision to add the feature to the game. Right now, players can use the Call of Duty Companion app to gift battle passes only for COD PC games like Warzone, Modern Warfare, and Black Ops Cold War.
The Call of Duty Companion app tracks your stats, keeps you connected to your Call of Duty friends, offers in-game rewards, and lets you purchase the battle pass as a gift for your Activision friends (only for PC COD games). Note that players will need a COD account to use the app.
