Here’s everything you need to know about Battlefields and how you can unlock the other available ones in the game.

Krafton launched its latest mobile game, Road to Valor: Empires, in the Indian market in March 2023 and immediately saw a good reception from the players. Road to Valor: Empires is a free-to-play PvP [player vs player] Real-Time Strategy (RTS) game where players can command mythical gods, beasts, and heroes. The gameplay involves you creating and commanding armies from different factions. However, on a deeper understanding, players realize that there is much more to the game than what you experience in your first game. There is an abundance of accessories, maps, free rewards, and so on.

In this guide, we will look at what Battlefields are in Road to Valor: Empires and understand how you can unlock more.

What is a battlefield in Road to Valor: Empires?

In Road to Valor: Empires, Battlefields refer to the maps on which the players fight their battles. If you have played Riot Games’ Teamfight Tactics, you will know that you have multiple different customization options for your map through arena skins.

Before we understand what the Battlefields are in the game. Let us see how the battles work. Players basically compete against each other to earn Rank Points (trophies). The more Rank Points one gets, the higher their rank and ability to unlock different Battlefields, army units, rank point rewards and unlocking other aspects of the game.

On the ‘Battle’ tab on the interface, you will see a big text on the right side of the middle portion of the screen where you can see Battlefield written along with some number of trophies that you have.

Once you click on the Battlefields section, you will notice that you are in Battlefield 1 - Peaceful Hills (if you are a beginner).  Let us see what the other Battlefields are named and how many trophies you need to unlock them. Remember that their name suggests what kind of theme you can expect from the map.

  • Battlefield 2 - Barren Desert: 400+ trophies

  • Battlefield 3 - Frozen Snowlands: 800+ trophies

  • Battlefield 4 - Windy Woods: 1200+ trophies

  • Battlefield 5 - Abandoned Shore: 1600+ trophies

  • Battlefield 6 - Temple of Silence: 2000+ trophies

  • Battlefield 7 - Divine Lands: 2500+ trophies

  • Champion’s League 1: 3000+ trophies (random area)

  • Champion’s League 2: 3300+ trophies (random area)

  • Champion’s League 3: 3600+ trophies (random area)

  • Divine League 1: 3900+ trophies (random area)

  • Divine League 2: 4200+ trophies (random area)

  • Divine League 3: 4500+ trophies (random area)

In Road to Valor: Empires, your Rank Points are reflected near the trophies. So for example, if you see 1500 trophies next to your battlefield, that implies that your Rank Points are 1500. The amount of trophies or Rank Points does not remain constant and it keeps changing as you gain levels or according to the battle that you recently fought.
