The registrations for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021 are now live and will be taking place until 2nd August 2021.
Interested teams and squads can enroll for BGMI Series 2021 by visiting the website and following the steps mentioned below.
The registered teams will be competing in the 'In-Game Qualifiers' from 2nd to 8th August with only 1024 teams further qualifying for the 'Online Qualifiers'.

India's first competitive Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) tournament - Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021 was announced a few days back on 15th July. Krafton had released all the information related to the tournament on the official BGMI Esports website, highlighting that the registration for the event is set to begin from 19th July onwards. As promised, the registration is now live and all interested squads and teams can enroll themselves for the open tournament featuring a massive INR 1 Crore ($134,215 USD) prize pool. The first stage of the tournament, the 'In-Game Qualifiers' is scheduled to take place from 2nd to 8th August, so players have roughly two weeks to register themselves.

Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021: How To Register?

The procedure to register your team or squad for BGMI Series 2021 is pretty easy and straightforward, thanks to Krafton setting up a dedicated website for the upcoming competition. Here is how you can enroll for the first BGMI esports tournament,

  1. First of all, you need to visit the BGMI esports website by 'Clicking Here'.

  2. Right on top there will be a navigation bar. Click on 'Register Now'.

  3. Once done, you will be redirected to the registration page. Here you will have to complete three steps which mostly require information about the participating team and its members.

  4. The first step is 'Team Details', here you will have to fill the following categories - Team Name, Team Owner Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, and City.

  5. The second step is 'Captain Details', here you will have to fill the following categories - Name, DOB, Gender, Email Address, Character ID, In Game Name (IGN), ID Proof, Mobile Number, City, and State.

  6. The third step is 'Player Details', here you will have to once again fill all the information as above but for each member of the team. A maximum of four players can be registered including the captain.

  7. Once all the three steps are completed, you will have successfully registered your team for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021.

The registration will be going on from 19th July to 2nd August, with the first stage of the tournament 'In-Game Qualifiers' all set to take place from 2nd to 8th August. So interested teams and squads have two weeks on their hands to enroll for the tournament.

BGMI Series 2021: Eligibility Criteria

Before registering your squad or team do keep in mind that all the players on your team need to fulfil the following requirements in order to be eligible for competing in BGMI Series 2021.

  • Player Age

    You must be 16 years or older to participate in the tournament. In case you are 16 or above, but under the age of 18, you must fulfil all other eligibility criterias and also have consent from a parent or legal guardian to compete in the tournament.

  • Ranking Requirement

    All players on the registered team or squad must have BGMI Level 15 and should be above Platinum V Tier, when registration ends.

  • National Requirement

    Participating players must be Indian nationals to compete in the tournament.

  • Proof of Residency

    To be certified as a resident of India by Tournament Officials, a player must prove lawful residency in the Region with a valid identification document (Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc) issued by a governmental authority.

  • Single Team Exclusivity

    A team member or coach is only allowed to compete exclusively for one team that they have an agreement with. They will not be allowed to compete for more than one team simultaneously.
