2021 Honor of Kings Challenger Cup is the next installment in Honor of Kings tournament, replacing this Honor of Kings winner champion cup. With a total of 13 teams across the different leagues, King Pro League, King Growth League, and National Competition participating. This tournament will showcase a huge price pool of 3,500,000 CNY. The tournament will be held in Hangzhou, Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center.

- 4th - 6th from KPL Fall 2021.
- 2nd - 4th from KGL Fall 2021.
- 1st - 3rd from National Competition - Season 4.
- Single-Round Robin.
- All matches are played in a Bo1.
- The top 4 teams will be qualified for Playoffs.
