Since Foxcicle is an Ice-type, you should bring Fire-type Pals like Bushi and Wixen. Catching this Pal should be a breeze if you’ve already managed to catch a top-tier fire-type like Ragnahawk. To deal significant damage, you can use your primary weapon or take your Pal’s help; it’s your choice.

However, keep in mind that you don’t need to kill Foxcicle while fighting; otherwise, you’ll have to wait for the Pal to respawn again. Once you’ve lowered Health Points, you can throw Pal Spheres to catch it.
