Farming Legendary Spheres in Palworld will require you to craft the individual materials. Here is how to craft all the required materials:
Paldium Fragment - Crafted in bulk in the Crusher. Assign a Pal with the Watering Pal Skill.
Pal Metal Ingot - Crafted in an Electric Furnace. Assign a Pal with the Mining Pal Skill. Pal Metal Ingots use Ore and Paldium Fragments.
Carbon Fiber - Put a Pal on the Assembly Line so they can use your coal supply to make carbon fiber. If you run out of coal, you must travel to desert biomes to obtain more.
Cement - Use Bone and Pal Fluids which can be gathered after taking down Pals. Once you gather a large enough supply, assign a Pal to the High Quality Workbench to get Cement.

All types of Pal Spheres in Palworld
Palworld currently has six different types of Pal Sphere for you to unlock and craft: Basic Pal Sphere, Mega Pal Sphere, Giga Pal Sphere, Hyper Pal Sphere, Ultra Pal Sphere, and Legendary Pal Sphere.
