Maxtern Files FIR Against Elvish Yadav after Brutal Attack
Highlights
Maxtern made a post on X and revealed that he has filed an FIR against Elvish Yadav.
The FIR is filed under sections IPC 147, 149, 323 and 506.

Sagar “Maxtern” Thakur, a well known gamer and content creator was recently attacked by another well known Youtuber and Big Boss OTT 2 winner, Elvish Yadav. A video of Maxtern getting attacked by Elvish Yadav and a group of people is circulating all over social media and Maxtern claims that a First Information Report (FIR) has been filed under various sections of the law against Elvish Yadav.

Maxtern reveals details of the attack by Elvish Yadav

In a video posted on X, Maxtern talked about the FIR filed against Elvish Yadav and revealed more details of the attack and said,“I was brutally attacked and assaulted by Elvish Yadav, who openly issued death threats to me. All the evidence is available on the internet. But, when I went to the police station to file an FIR, the SHO lodged it under IPC 147, 149, 323, and 506. Unfortunately, these are bailable sections, and despite clear evidence of an attempt to murder, no non-bailable charges were included.”

“Why haven't murder charges been included in the FIR. Is this due to the influence of money and support from the state government? Is the Haryana government potentially protecting a criminal? I request Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram, Gurugram Police, Anil Vij (Home and Health Minister, Haryana) and Manohar Lal (Chief Minister, Haryana) to register an FIR against Elvish with a non-bailable section for attempt to murder and arrest Elvish Yadav. If anything unfortunate happens to me in the future, Elvish Yadav should be held accountable.”

Maxtern had made a post on X and revealed that Elvish had messaged him to meet at a location. Maxtern thought there wasn’t any malice involved, but Elvish and a few people turned up at the location and attacked him.

Many members of the community and content creators on X have urged the Gurugram police to take immediate action against Elvish Yadav.

According to Maxtern, a case has been registered against Elvish Yadav and the people involved under sections 147 (riots), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
