Let's look at if you should pull Incessant Rain in Honkai Star Rail.

Silver Wolf is one of the first characters you encounter, making her popular among fans of Honkai Star Rail. The latest update adds some really cool abilities, including an ultimate that does a lot of damage. The update also brings her signature Light Cone Incessant Rain (5-Star of the Nihility path), to the game and finally lets players pull for her. The question remains, is it worth pulling Incessant Rain in Honkai Star Rail?

Should You Pull Silver Wolf's Light Cone Incessant Rain?

You can equip a number of Light Cones on Silver Wolf including the signature Incessant Rain. Incessant Rain makes it such that each time the wearer starts a turn, there is a 100% base chance to implant a random enemy with Aether Code. When that enemy is inflicted with Break, Aether Code self-destructs, dealing additional DMG to that enemy equal to 80% of the wearer's ATK. When attacking an enemy with more than 3% debuff(s), it deals additional DMG equal to 40% of the wearer's ATK.

Incessant Rain is worth pulling for Silver Wolf and debuff-based characters.

You should pull Incessant Rain if you plan to pull Silver Wolf or have a debuff-heavy playstyle. Incessant rain is pretty powerful, not only does it increase the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate which is great for characters in the Nihility path but also increases her Crit Rate if multiple debuffs are applied. This Light Cone also helps your other character deal more damage once the Aether Code has been implanted. Note that if you do manage to get The Name of The World, Welt’s signature Light Cone, you may consider using that instead, if you want to focus more on Silver Wolf’s damage. The Effect Hit Rate only applies to her Skill, but the damage boost it provides can buff her other abilities. However, players will lose the utilities she can provide from other Light Cones, so focusing on her personal DPS may not be the best idea.

Incessant Rain is also a great addition for present and future Nihility Characters which will benefit from the damage and crit boost. It is also great for other debuff-based teams if you’re looking to build it.
