When will the Honkai: Star Rail 2.1 Beta Commence?

The new release date for the Honkai: Star Rail 2.1 beta is 20th February. We can expect leaks surrounding Acheron, Aventurine and Gallagher to drop on the same day.

What to expect from the Honkai: Star Rail 2.1 Beta

Access to the beta is limited to only select individuals. Hoyoverse has already officially revealed the lineup for patch 2.1 and here are the characters you can expect to see next patch:

Acheron: Galaxy Ranger Acheron made her debut in Penacony's story quest. Rumor has it that she is an Emanator of Nihility. Based on very early leaks from patch 1.0 and preliminary information from the 2.1 update. Acheron's kit revolves around debuffs and AOE damage. She wants multiple Nihility characters on the team to trigger bonus actions.

Aventurine: Our second 5-star character in patch 2.1 is Aventurine. He is a Preservation character who is expected to have synergy with Topaz and Dr. Ratio. While we did get a look at his kit, we do not know what his multipliers are like. We will need to wait and see how good he is outside of follow-up teams.

Gallagher: Aventurine is not the only hybrid character releasing in patch 2.1. Gallagher's kit features Break Effect synergies and healing. We also have his signature 4-star light cone in the Light Cone Manifest store and it looks like the game is moving forward with more offensive sustain units that can protect your team while also dishing out damage. Only time will tell if he can solo sustain comfortably compared to his counterpart Lynx, who is the go-to 4-star healer in the game.
