On top of all her general buffs, she can amplify your Quantum characters' attack, which makes her a great fit on mono Quantum teams as well. Best Light Cones for Sparkle in Honkai: Star Rail 2.0
Earthly Escapade (S1, Signature)
Earthly Escapade is Sparkle's signature light cone and it enables her to offer the entire team 10% Crit Rate and 28% Crit DMG permanently. It also has 32% Crit DMG for Sparkle, which further enhances her ability to buff the rest of the team. There are some great 4-star alternatives so you should not feel pressured to pull for the light cone especially with characters like Acheron and Aventurine being around the corner.
Capriciousness: Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 32%. At the start of the battle, the wearer gains Mask, lasting for 3 turn(s). While the wearer has Mask, the wearer's allies have their CRIT Rate increased by 10% and their CRIT DMG increased by 28%. For every 1 Skill Point the wearer recovers (including Skill Points that exceed the limit), they gain 1 stack of Radiant Flame. And when the wearer has 4 stacks of Radiant Flame, all the stacks are removed, and they gain Mask for 4 turn(s).
Dance! Dance! Dance! (S5, Usable in All Teams)
Dance! Dance! Dance! is a great light cone if your team is at high investment. You can use the light cone to make your team take more turns and clear content in minimal cycles. The extra turns are not a problem in Sparkle teams with regards to SP consumption because of her SP generation Ultimate.
Cannot Stop It!: When the wearer uses their Ultimate, all allies' actions are Advanced Forward by 24%.
Past and Future (S5, Best F2P Option)
Kites From The Past can be obtained for free via the Light Cone Manifest store. It is a single-target buff that works well with Sparkle's action advance.
Kites From The Past: When the wearer uses their Skill, the next ally taking action (except the wearer) deals 32% increased DMG for 1 turn(s).
Planetary Rendezvous (S5, Mono Quantum)
This light cone is great for mono quantum teams as it gives everyone a 24% DMG bonus. It is not as good as the other options on this list, but it is a decent option if you do not have the aforementioned light cones.
Departure: After entering battle, if an ally deals the same DMG Type as the wearer, DMG dealt increases by 24%.
But The Battle Isn't Over (S1, Usable in All Teams)
Bronya's signature light cone is a strictly better version of Past and Future. It can generate SP and also boosts the wearer's energy regeneration rate. It might be possible to get a 2-turn ultimate on Sparkle using the light cone and the right relics, which could make But The Battle Isn't Over a very powerful option for Sparkle.
Heir: Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 10% and regenerates 1 Skill Point when the wearer uses their Ultimate on an ally. This effect can be triggered once after every 2 uses of the wearer's Ultimate. When the wearer uses their Skill, the next ally taking action (except the wearer) deals 30% more DMG for 1 turn(s).
