Despite its name, Rainbow Roses are essentially more akin to Lilies. Rainbow Rose is used as an ascension material for the character Lyney. You will need a total of 168 Rainbow Roses to fully ascend Lyney to Level 90.

Rainbow Roses in Genshin Impact tend to grow nearby one another and can be found all over the region. There are 73 to nab at a time (and four from a vendor), but you'll need to wait two days after picking them for them to respawn.
