Apart from showcasing legendary wrestlers who created the iconic WrestleMania event, WWE 2K24 also offers several fan-favorite game modes and features, one among them being Community Creations, which allows players to import their own avatars, arenas, title belts, etc., for a more personalized WWE experience.
While most fans have been able to use this feature without any issues, some unlucky gamers have run into an issue where they cannot upload images or access any Community Creation options in the new game. Without further ado, here are all the possible fixes to resolve this frustrating error.
Here’s How You Can Fix the Community Creations Not Working Error in WWE 2K24
Although the Community Creations not working error has been patched up through the Patch 3 update, some gamers still mentioned that they ran into errors specifically while attempting to upload images to 2K24.
While the issue is present across all platforms, it was widely reported by players who are running the game on both the older and current-gen Xbox consoles like the One and the Series X/S. Although the Community Creations image crashing error is mostly linked to an issue in the game’s code, the official recommendation has been to create a new Gamertag for their Xbox accounts. Here’s how you can do it:
Press the Xbox button on your controller while on your console’s main menu.
Navigate to the Profile and Systems tab.
Select the Add or Switch option
Login or create a new Microsoft account which will act as your secondary profile
If you still cannot import your avatars or upload images into the game, you might have to check the stability of your internet connection or attempt to clear your console’s cache. While checking your connection is fairly straightforward, clearing the cache differs for Microsoft and Sony consoles. Here’s how you can do it:
For Xbox
Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller until the console turns off.
Once it is completely shut down, unplug it from the power source and wait for around a minute or two.
This will trigger an automatic system cache reset.
For PlayStation
Press and hold the Power button on your console until you hear two consecutive beeps.
Wait until all the lights on the console turn off.
Press and hold the Power button until the console beeps again, indicating that it has entered Safe mode.
Connect your controller through the USB cable and press the PS button.
Navigate to Clear Cache and Rebuild Database and then select “Clear System Software Cache”
Unfortunately, if all of the aforementioned methods have not resolved this error, you must contact WWE 2K24 support or submit a request for further troubleshooting.
