When Will The John Cena Skin Return to Fortnite?

Epic Games is renowned for its crossovers across various forms of entertainment, including movies, TV shows, anime, brands, and game franchises. Additionally, the studio has also collaborated with popular celebrities, one of the most unexpected being the Fortnite X John Cena (WWE) crossover back in Chapter 3 Season 3 of Fortnite.

Given the wrestling superstar’s popularity, the John Cena skin quickly became one of the most sought-after skins within the game and has made several appearances in the Item Shop since its launch. However, if you missed out on acquiring it, new rumors suggest that John Cena might soon return to Fortnite!

John Cena and Two Other WWE Skins Might Soon Return to Fortnite!

This rumor comes from well-known leaker and data miner iFireMonkey, who has accurately reported on numerous upcoming Fortnite skins, events, and updates in the past. They state that the John Cena skin might possibly be scheduled to return to the Item Shop on the 29th or 30th April, based on the changes made to Fortnite’s Item Shop API.

Besides the wrestler’s outfit, the John Cena bundle offered numerous other accessories such as the Five Digit Slapper Pickaxe, “U Can’t C Me” Emote, and the “WWE Championship Title” Back Bling. The outfit also offers two customizable gears; the first one is his entrance gear in his Iconic green t-shirt and the latter is his ring gear with no t-shirt. While the outfit could be purchased for 1,500 V-Bucks, the entire bundle was available for 2,000 V-Bucks.

In addition to John Cena, we could potentially see two other WWE skins, Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair featured on the Item Shop on the same date. While it is not sure if this would be a separate event within the game, it certainly presents an opportunity to purchase your favorite WWE skins if you missed out earlier.

Becky Lynch & Bianca Belair Bundle was first introduced in Chapter 4 Season 3 and it offered the following cosmetics:

• Becky Lynch Outfit

• “Disarm-her Shield” Back Bling (for Becky)

• “Disarm-Her Blade” Pickaxe (for Becky)

• Bianca Belair Outfit

• “ToughEST Shield” Back Bling (for Bianca)

• “K.O.D. Hammer” Pickaxe (for Bianca)

• “Superstar Celebration” Emote (part of the bundle)

While the Becky Lynch skin and accessories were available for 1,600 V-Bucks, the Bianca Belair outfit and accessories were sold for 1,500 V-Bucks. The entire bundle which included all the aforementioned skins could be purchased for 2,400 V-Bucks.

While this information has not been officially confirmed by Epic Games, there's speculation that all three WWE skins could potentially return to the Item Shop on April 29th or 30th, ahead of the WWE Live Event scheduled for 1st May in Bologna, Italy.
