Rainbow Six Mobile was released in Canada on 28th August, and in Mexico on 4th September, and then there was radio silence for nearly two months. It looks like Ubisoft is back to resuming its global rollout and a number of countries are getting access to the game. Multiple countries have received access during this month (November) and it is possible that the global rollout will be complete by December.
How to download Rainbow Six Mobile
You can download the game on Andoid and iOS. Here’s are the official download links:

App Store (iOS): https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/rainbow-six-mobile/id1608916511

If you want to get early access to the game, you can consider using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) for one of the regions that already has access to the game. Changing your region to Canada or Mexico is the easiest way to get into the game early but there is a chance that your account may be blocked because of using a VPN. We recommend waiting for the official release in your region to ensure you do not need to reset your progress.
You can also bypass the need for using a VPN by using an App Store or Play Store account from a different region temporarily to install the game. This is a proven method and bypasses the need for a VPN.
