The Pokemon Go World of Wonders has debuted in the game and will last for three months. Throughout Pokemon Go: World of Wonders, you’ll be able to adventure and catch Pokemon from the Paldea region, participate in Special Research tasks and participate in a number of community day events. Here is all you need to know about the Pokemon Go World of Wonders.

Pokemon Go World of Wonders event duration

The Pokemon Go World of Wonders debuted on 1st March 2024, at 10:00 a.m. and will continue till 1st June 2024, at 10:00 a.m. local time. 

Special Research

The Pokemon Go Special Research tasks have five steps this time around. The tasks consist of catching Pokemon, spinning PokeStops, making throws, and more. You can complete the tasks and get rewards like Pokemon Go XP, Pinap Berry, and a Poipole encounter. Here are the tasks revealed so far:

Step One

  • Catch 20 Pokemon - Poke Ball x 10

  • Spin 10 PokeStops - Pinap Berry x 7

  • Transfer 10 Pokemon - Razz Berry x 7

Rewards For Completion - Poipole Encounter and 803 XP

Step Two

  • Complete 7 Field Research tasks - Skorupi Encounter

  • Explore 10 km - Qwilfish Encounter

  • Make 20 Nice Throws - Great Ball x 15

Rewards For Completion - Poipole Candy ×25 and 803 XP

Seasonal Rewards

The following bonuses are specific to World of Wonders:

  • Increased damage dealt by Pokémon participating in raids with Friends.

  • One additional free Raid Pass per day by spinning Gym Photo Discs.

  • Increased XP for defeating one-star and three-star Raids, including one-star and three-star Shadow Raids.
