The latest event in Monopoly Go, called Cupid's Cuties, is a returning one and is currently already live. Here's all you need to know about it.
Monopoly Go Cupid's Cuties Event: Tasks, Rewards & More
The Monopoly Go Cupid's Cuties event is giving players the chance to win Valentine’s Day Partners tokens, many dice rolls, sticker packs, and other great rewards and prizes by hitting the preset milestones. It went live on 14th February, on Valentine's Day, and will be in-game till 16th February. Thus, players should know that it is a short event in the Scopely title.
There are a total of 43 milestones and rewards with each tied to a certain number of points. Monopoly Go players can accumulate points to reach different milestones and in total, they can get their hands on 13,780 Dice Rolls.
During this event, players have to aim for corner tiles on their Monopoly Go board. It is basically a corners event, which means that every time you land on Go, Jail, Free Parking, and Go to Jail, you get four tokens.
Players should note that these tokens increase if they use dice multipliers. As a result, roll as much as possible without draining your dice on non-event tiles. For example, if you roll 100 dice at once and land on 'Free Parking', you will get 400 tokens.
Here's a breakdown of all 43 milestones and their corresponding rewards for Cupid's Cuties in Monopoly Go:
As you can see, the last milestone reward for Cupid's Cuties is 6,300 rolls and for this, you need to earn 6000 points.
Here are some useful tips to keep in mind to do well in the Retro Love event:
Save your highest multipliers for locations on the board that you know will lead you to a points/tokens tile.
Pick your tasks and rewards wisely. When you notice that the reward does not match or is not worthy of the difficult task in hand, quit and wait for the next event in the game; there are plenty in Monopoly Go.
You can keep an eye out for other ways in which you can earn more dice to help with this event. Tournaments and landmarks may come in handy.
Lastly, use your dice rolls efficiently.
