Meet TH3 G4M1NG FR1DG3, a Gaming PC by Heineken That Will Cool Both Your Beer and Your Components!
The well-known multinational brewing company Heineken has developed a brand-new and innovative gaming system tasked with cooling your PC as well as your Heineken beer. This innovative rig is the latest installment of the “Not All Nights Out are Out” campaign that launched in March of this year. The main reason behind this campaign is to celebrate the social aspect of gaming and gamer culture as a whole. Let's dive right in and take a look at this build and Heineken’s plans with it.
Heinekens’ Th3 G4M1NG FR1DG3
In a press release on 4th September, Igor de Castro, the Senior Marketing Manager for the brand’s non-alcoholic drink, Heineken 0.0 stated that The Gaming Fridge is a unique tool to communicate their Not All Nights Out are Out which exhibits that gaming and socializing are indeed connected. He further shared his excitement:
“We are very excited to bring this innovation to the public, players and consumers alike, connecting even more with the gamer community and giving them the chance to have a customized, themed PC and enjoy a cold Heineken® or Heineken® 0.0 with their favorite games”.
The system was made by repurposing a Heineken 0.0 fridge to comprise a full-working gaming PC that occupies the space that was previously reserved for more beer bottles. It was built in such a way that it can optimally cool both the PC and the beer bottles stored in it.
LePub’s Innovation and Gaming Team took over the project, overcoming several technical challenges along the way. The team developed a custom cooling system with forced air circulation to prevent condensation

Heineken’s Plans for the System
Heineken has partnered with Guales, who is currently the biggest Brazilian streamer on Twitch amassing over 32 million watch hours as of Q2 2023. They intend to host a giveaway on his channel which currently boasts over 4 million followers. The rig will also make a special appearance on the contemporary Twitch show Aprovado during the celebration of Heineken’s 150th anniversary.
The biggest highlight of the campaign will be unveiled at CBLoL 2023 where Heineken 0.0 will host the award ceremony. The event is considered to be the biggest League of Legends Championship in Brazil. Being the main sponsor of this event, the brand aims to reward the winning team with a set of Th3 G4M1NG FR1DG3.
That is pretty much all there is to know about Heineken’s imaginative creation. At the time of writing, it is unsure whether the system will be available outside the region of Brazil.
