Lugia Pokémon Go: Counters and Weaknesses
Lugia is a legendary psychic/flying-type Pokemon in Pokemon Go. A Shadow version of Lugia is currently available in Pokémon GO for the Halloween season. Known as the Guardian of the Seas, Lugia is closely related to Ho-Oh, which is considered the Guardian of the Skies. Here is all you need to know about Lugia in Pokemon Go.
Lugia Pokémon Go: Where to find?
Just like other legendary Pokemon in Pokemon Go, Luigia was available in five-star raids at one point. After it was taken out, Niantic decided to bring it back for Animation Week 2020.
Shadow Lugia has returned to Pokémon GO with a debut in Shadow Raids. Also, players will be able to encounter Shiny Shadow Lugia, if they’re lucky. Shadow Lugia will appear in five-star Shadow Raids from Saturday, 28th October at 10:00 am to Sunday, 29th October at 8:00 pm local time. Shadow Lugia is different from Apex Shadow Lugia, so trainers should definitely try to catch one during October 2023.

Lugia lore in Pokemon
Lugia is a Generation 2 Pokémon from the Johto region, appearing on the box art of Pokémon Silver. Lugia made its first appearance in Pokemon Gold and Silver. Lugia and Ho-Oh are the mascots of Pokémon Gold and Silver, as well as the remakes HeartGold and SoulSilver. Lugia is one of the only Pokemon to learn Aeroblast. Lugia does not evolve, but in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness there is a Shadow counterpart of Lugia, which is controlled by Cipher - appropriately named Shadow or Dark Lugia. That covers all you need to know about Lugia in Pokemon Go.
