KRAFTON Announces India-Themed Mobile Game Garuda Saga: Pre-Registration Live

KRAFTON India, one of the leading game developers and publishers, in partnership with Alchemist Games, a mobile game development studio based in South Korea, has announced its first India-themed mobile game called Garuda Saga.

The pre-registration for the game has been announced for both Android and iOS users, available to download via Google Play and Apple App Store.

Garuda Saga falls under the genre of roguelike adventure game, which is a type of role-playing game that is characterized by its dungeon crawl mechanism.

The title of this mobile game speaks volumes about its connection to Indian mythology. Garuda is a Hindu deity described as the king of birds and popularly depicted as the mount of the Hindu god Vishnu.

As per the developers, Garuda Saga will offer players an immersive plot, a rich world to choose from, and the ability to shape their destiny. The combination of which will make it stand out in the roguelike genre.

In the game, players will take on the role of Garuda, who is a hero out on a quest to help King Allu escape from the depths of hell. The character is armed with only a bow and arrow, with the ability to harness more skills and powers by defeating enemies.

Being a roguelike mobile game, players can expect a lot of hack-and-slash action with various weapons, fast-paced combat, and some progression-based system.

Garuda Saga will consist of 19 immersive chapters, each chapter having up to 15 multi-wave levels. This means that players can expect to play approximately 285 levels in total across all chapters of the mobile game.
