If you wish to start Phantom Liberty from the get go, all you need to do is go to the ‘Main Menu’. Select ‘New Game’ from the menu and there you’ll get the option to start from a regular game and you’ll have to make your way to Phantom Liberty. The other option will be to directly start Phantom Liberty. Not only this, but you will also be appropriately leveled up with aptly distributed Attribution Points.
You’ll be dropped into the new content at level 15 with $20,000 in cash. The DLC will begin with V, our protagonist, reading a book until he receives a call from Songbird. This kicks off the Dog Eat Dog quest.
Starting Phantom Liberty in the Main Story
If you have chosen to take the long way to Phantom Liberty, it will take around 20 hours to reach there. Players will enter the lane of new content after finishing Act 2.
