With the release of Modern Warfare 3, Call of Duty players are excited to drop onto the new map Urzikstan, which will launch during Season 1. While players will have to wait to do true PvP (player versus player) battle on the map, you can still access it before Season 1 comes out through the Zombies mode in the game. The Warzone Urzikstan Map will be officially released with Season 1 of Modern Warfare 3 on 6th December 2023. However, you can still familiarize yourself with the almost dozen Points of Interest on the map. Here is how to play the Urzikstan map in MW3 early.
How to play Urzikstan map in MW3 early
Urzikstan is set in Western Asia, and features 11 new Points of Interest (POIs) for players to explore and battle in. According to the developers, Urzikstan is, “positioned in Western Asia on the eastern border of the Black Sea, and plays an important role in the Modern Warfare series.” Urzikstan borders the Republic of Adal — the location of Call of Duty: Warzone’s Al Mazrah map and is controlled by dictator Roman Barkov.

The new Urzikstan map is the same playing arena for MW3’s Zombies survival sandbox mode. Here is how you can play it before the release of Season 1 of MW3:
Open Modern Warfare 3 with your login details.
You must choose the Zombie mode from the playlist once the game opens rather than the Multiplayer option.
After being taken to the zombie mode lobby, you will need to choose your weapons and a mission in order to start the session.
You will be sent onto the new Urzikstan map as soon as you click "Ready," where your task is to accomplish the goals and safely exit the game.
You may now explore the next Warzone map with complete freedom.
When does Urzikstan get an official release in MW3?
Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 1 starts on 6th December 2023 with Multiplayer, Warzone, and Zombies all receiving major updates, including new maps, rewards, and weapons. Here is what you can expect to come to the game during Season 1:
