What are Hypogean and Celestial Heroes
Hypogean and Celestial heroes are among the most powerful characters in AFK Journey. They are unique because they can be considered as any faction when counting Faction bonuses in a team. Additionally, each Celestial or Hypogean hero increases the HP and Attack stats of all heroes in your team by 1%.
Ways to Get Hypogean and Celestial Heroes
There are three primary methods to acquire Hypogean and Celestial heroes in AFK Journey:
Stargaze Station: Stargaze Station is the only banner where you can pull Hypogean and Celestial heroes. However, it won't be available at the beginning. To unlock Stargaze Station, you must pull 400 times in any of the three banners: All-Hero Recruitment, Epic Recruitment, and Rate Up Recruitment. Once unlocked, you'll need a different currency, Stellar Crystals, to summon from this banner.
Guild Store: After clearing AFK Stage 30, you can access the Guilds feature. Participate in various guild activities and complete quests to earn Guild Medals. You can use these Guild Medals to purchase Soul Sigils of Hypogean and Celestial heroes in the Guild Store.
All Hero Login Event: This ongoing event grants every hero available at launch, including Hypogean and Celestial heroes. By logging in for a certain number of days, you can flip an invitation card to acquire a random S-level hero. Additionally, guaranteed Hypogean or Celestial heroes are available on specific login days.
Getting Stellar Crystals
Stellar Crystals are essential for summoning from the Stargaze Station banner. You can acquire Stellar Crystals from the Guild Store, Recruitment Store, and certain late-game quests and events. Here's how you can obtain them:
Guild Store: Purchase one Stellar Crystal for 400 AFK Journey Diamonds (50% discount price) in the Guild Store. You can buy up to six Stellar Crystals monthly.
Recruitment Store: Use 310 Dolly Tickets to purchase one Stellar Crystal at a 50% discount and three Stellar Crystals for 620 Dolly Tickets monthly in the Recruitment Store.
In-Game Store: Stellar Crystals can also be purchased with real money by buying Dragon Crystals and then purchasing bundles containing Stellar Crystals.
