Fortnite and Star Wars fans have something exciting to look forward to as the two iconic franchises come together once again for a crossover event in 2024. Starting 3rd May, Fortnite will be celebrating Star Wars Day with a slew of new content, missions, and activities across all game modes.
This year's collaboration promises to be bigger and better than ever, with new skins, weapons, and themed locations for players to enjoy. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming Fortnite x Star Wars collaboration for Star Wars Day.
Battle Royale: Chewbacca's Arrival and Darth Vader's Return
In Battle Royale mode, players will have the opportunity to team up with Star Wars fan-favorite Chewbacca to take on the Empire in a new Camp. Players can pick up Chewie’s trusty Bowcaster weapon from Imperial Chests at Stormtrooper roadblocks scattered across the Island. New reward Quests include a boss battle against the infamous Darth Vader, Stormtrooper NPCs, and unlockable E-11 Blasters. These features will be available through 14 May.
LEGO Fortnite Adventure
For those who enjoy the LEGO Fortnite mode, a new island awaits with a Rebel Village to build and defend against the Empire. Players can craft Star Wars items, wield lightsabers, and explore new themed locations. The LEGO Pass: Rebel Adventure offers a variety of rewards, including Star Wars building sets and decorations.
Fortnite Festival Mode
The Fortnite Festival game mode will feature a stage inspired by Mos Eisley’s famous Cantina, where players can rock out to classic songs from the Star Wars universe. Completing Star Wars Quests will unlock a Battle Pass Level Up Reward and the Seven String Hallikset Guitar.
Rocket Racing: Star Wars Quests and Decals
Rocket Racing will also get its share of Star Wars content, with new quests unlocking a podracing-inspired Energy Binders Trail. Completing quests will also unlock Anakin’s Podracer Decal and the Darth Maul Decal.
Item Shop: Star Wars Cosmetics and More
In the Item Shop, players can expect to find new Star Wars-themed cosmetics, including skins for Dagobah Luke, Lando Calrissian, and the AWR Trooper. Additionally, the Beskar Car Body will be available for Rocket League players, along with the "Mad About Me" Jam Track for Fortnite Festival.
