Disney Dreamlight Valley is a 2023 life simulation adventure game developed by Gameloft Montreal and published by Gameloft. It is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, iOS and more. In this game, the players tend to a magical valley populated by various Disney and Pixar characters. The catch is that these characters previously underwent a curse that made them lose their memories of their lives in the valley.

Disney Dreamlight Valley allows for insane customization and offers a range of options such as body type, eyes, and hairstyle. Players are able to dress their avatars by accessing the Wardrobe, making their Disney Dreamlight Valley experience even more personal. This allows them to create and mimic different characters in the game, some that are pop-culture references.

In one such case, a Disney Dreamlight Valley player has recreated some iconic characters from the Guardians of the Galaxy and shared it on social media.

Player Recreates Iconic Guardians of the Galaxy Characters In Disney Dreamlight Valley

Reddit user pibbyfibi recreated Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy using the elaborate customization offered by Disney Dreamlight Valley. In their Reddit post, the user shared images of Gamora, Starlord, Nebula, Mantis and even Rocket Raccoon.

The post read, "Am I having too much fun with these new skin tones and contacts? Maybbeeee….." The post further said, "Earlier it was Fiona and Shrek (Shrek didn’t work out so well 😅) Now it’s our loyal guardians. Well…some of them! I lost steam after Nebula’s shirt lol. To be continued. Bonus Star Lord because it felt wrong to leave him out."

Interestingly, all of the characters created by the user are more or less similar to their Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) counterparts.

To recreate the characters of the Guardians of the Galaxy in Disney Dreamlight Valley, the original poster reportedly used features that were rolled out in the latest update by Gameloft for the game. Called The Laugh Floor, this update added new skin tones and contact lens options, and new ear styles for players to use on their characters in-game.

Notably, the Laugh Floor update was rolled out on 26th February where the developers said, "It’s that time again… it’s patch notes day! Even better, it’s our first update release of the new year! The team’s been hard at work bringing the magic of Disney and Pixar’s Monsters, Inc. to life in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and so we're excited to officially welcome you to The Laugh Floor!"
