Since its release in December 2020, Cyberpunk has been consistently changing as CD Projekt Red attempts to fix and improve the game. However, three years later, the developers have finally hit the sweet spot as Update 2.0 takes the game to the next level, where it should’ve been at the launch.

How to Buy a New Car in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 Update?
The new update makes it simple for players to purchase cars. Unlike before, you don’t need to wait for a Fixer to call you and alert you to the presence of a used car or travel to the car’s location to buy it. All you have to do to get a brand-new car is visit AutoFixer’s website, which can be accessed at any terminal (including the desktop computer at V’s apartment).
Once you’re on the AutoFixer website, El Captain will present you with a selection of vehicles to purchase, organized by manufacturer. All you need is enough eddies in your account to buy the vehicle you choose. After you purchase a car, it will be added to your garage and can be summoned any time you want.
Players can still approach and purchase ‘old’ used cars just like they did prior to the 2.0 Update.
Which Vehicles Can You Buy in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 Update?
There’s a good selection of vehicles to choose from on the AutoFixer website. If you’re looking for weaponized vehicles, you’re in luck, as the Phantom Liberty expansion also adds a number of cars with mounted weapons.
It’s important to note that some cars can only be purchased based on your Streetcred ranking. If you’re unable to access some of the new selections, you need to level up your ranking.
What Are the New Cars in Cyberpunk 2.0 Update?
Cyberpunk 2077’s vehicle choice largely remains the same after the 2.0 Update. However, if you purchase the Phantom Liberty DLC, you can get a range of new vehicles. The 2.0 Update also introduces new and updated car combat mechanics, allowing players to shoot out of their vehicles, damaging and destroying cars with quick hacks, and use built-in mounted weapons on certain vehicles.
