The Laughing King or the King Laughing meme or the HE HE HE HAW is an emote from the mobile game Clash Royale, a spinoff game of Clash of Clans. This emotes showcases a king who laughs in an oddly specific showing manner that literally sounds like "he he he haw."

The King Laughing emote is frequently spammed in-game by the winning team against the losing team in a way to mock the opponents. However, it became viral and was popularized as an exploitable around 2019.
