Fifa 23 Ultimate Team’s Rest of The World TOTS SBC (Squad Building Challenge) has released on 13th June 2023 as the latest guaranteed team of the Season SBC. This squad will feature the top players from leagues worldwide that have yet to get a TOTS squad. The dedicated Squad Building Challenge will allow players to pick a random player from the ROTW Team of the Season squad without the transfer market or specific player challenges and objectives. This squad was released alongside the Ultimate Team of the Season featuring the best of the best and TOTS Award Winners cards including upgraded cards for Pellegrino, Jota, and Paul Mullin.
