Diablo 4’s main campaign is a huge step up from previous titles in the franchise. With around 30 hours of story content and another 20 hours of side quests, Diablo 4 features the biggest campaign in the series. If you are looking to quickly level up your characters, the campaign is your best bet for the first 50 levels. If you are wondering how many acts there are in Diablo 4, here is a rundown of all the chapters that you need to complete to reach the end of the campaign.
Diablo 4: How many Acts are there?
There are six Acts in the Diablo 4 campaign as well as a prologue and epilogue.
Prologue: Wandering
Act 1: A Cold and Iron Faith
Act 2: The Knife Twists Again
Act 3: The Making of Monsters
Act 4: A Gathering Storm
Act 5: Secrets Bartered, Fates Sold
Act 6: Dance of the Makers
Epilogue: From the Wound Spilled
Act 1, 2 and 3 are tied to three different regions and it is possible to complete the Acts in any order. A lot of players completed Act 2 or Act 3 before the other Acts and are unable to progress the campaign. You need to complete the starting three Acts before you get access to Act 4: A Gathering Storm.
Some of the previous Diablo titles added Acts through DLCs and fans are expecting the same to occur in Diablo 4. At the end of the campaign, the developers have set the stage for more story content so we can expect our journey to continue past the Epilogue in the future.
We hope we were able to answer how many acts there are in Diablo 4. For more content, consider checking out our coverage of the Diablo TV show. We also have a guide on how to get Diablo 4 Twitch Drops which will be available once the game launches.
