With the release of patch 1.2.3, Blizzard has introduced a new pinnacle dungeon for those who are willing to face a new challenge for endgame seasonal content. This dungeon is currently live in the game and it is called the Abattoir of Zir, where players must defeat the servants of Zir within a given time. The devs claim that this will be the hardest challenge players have seen so far in the Season of Blood, stating that the first level in this dungeon is equivalent to the difficulty of a level 100 Nightmare dungeon, clearly indicating that completing this task is not for the faint-hearted. Abattoir of Zir Pinnacle Dungeon in Diablo 4
This new and terrifying dungeon requires you to defeat the servants of Zir within 10 minutes. Once you do so, you will gain access to the next level of difficulty which begins at level one and goes all the way until you reach level 25. Keep in mind that the Abattoir of Zir is only available for players who have completed the season 6 journey.
Accessing the Abattoir of Zir Dungeon
Entering the Abattoir of Zir requires you to complete all chapters of the season journey. Once you have done that, you will now unlock a recipe to craft the Bloodforged Sigil. Craft this item to spawn the Visceral Channel, a blood portal of sorts in Ked Bardu. Entering this portal will give you access to this pinnacle dungeon.
How to Defeat the Abattoir of Zir Pinnacle Dungeon in Diablo 4?
Once you enter the dungeon, you will see a countdown timer on the right side of your screen. As mentioned above, you will have to progress through all 25 levels, completing each stage in less than 10 minutes. Once you clear them all, you will have to defeat three Blood Seekers to have a triumphant victory over the Abattoir of Zir.
Do note that there are no respawns available in this dungeon which means your run is over when you die and you will have to craft another Bloodforged Sigil to enter it.
Completing a level one run will unlock the recipe to craft a level two Bloodforged Sigil. With every cleared level, you will continue to unlock higher levels of the Sigil until level 25. You will also receive 1000 Glyph XP that can be spent on upgrading any glyph.
What Other Rewards Do You Get From the Abattoir of Zir Dungeon in Diablo 4?
Completing the first level of the dungeon gives you access to a Unique Glyph called Tears of Blood. Here are its stats:
Radius Size: 4
For every 5 Core Stats purchased within range, you can 2.0% increased damage.
Grants +50% bonus to all Rare nodes within range. Bonus increases by 10% every 10 levels.
