Highlights
Diablo 4 1.1.0c is now out on all platforms and it introduces some much-needed changes and bug-fixes.
The Dark Dance, Punishing Speed and Agitated Winds Malignant Heart Powers now work as intended.
The developers have also addressed crashes and performance issues on all platforms.

Diablo 4 patch 1.1.0c is now live with some fixes to game-breaking bugs. Players were annoyed by the Dark Dance and Punishing Speed Malignant Powers because of how they could stun not only enemies but also the players themselves. Both Malignant Powers have now been fixed. The previous patch also caused performance issues and crashes and the new patch includes fixes for these issues which should hopefully resolve them for good. Players are still reporting memory leak issues on PC which are yet to be fixed.

What’s new in the Diablo 4 1.1.0c update?

Here are all of the fixes that have been deployed in the new update:

  • Fixed an issue where several Focus off-hand items could only have an aspect imprinted on them once.

  • Fixed an issue where combining the Dark Dance and Punishing Speed Malignant Powers could cause the player to stun themselves.

  • Fixed an issue where the Grim Reward Season Journey objective could be repeated by dropping and picking up the same stash.

  • Fixed an issue where the Werebear and Werewolf fur color was too bright in certain situations.

  • Fixed an issue where movement on specific controllers was often not functioning correctly.

  • Updated the activation of the Premium Battle Pass with a confirmation pop-up.

  • The default focus (the button the controller will first highlight) on the Battle Pass screen is now the Season Journey button.

  • Fixed multiple instances where players were encountering crashes.

  • Further stability improvements.

  • Fixed an interaction with the Agitated Winds Malignant Heart power which led to automatic Cyclone Armor casts to ignore its own cooldown.

  • Acquiring or re-allocating Seasonal Blessings will now clear the vendor buyback inventory.

With players being unhappy about the recent nerfs and gameplay changes in Season of the Malignant, Blizzard Entertainment is working on addressing complaints. We can expect balance changes and other updates to come very soon which will hopefully alleviate some of the playerbase’s concerns.
